Common reasons for Adsense application rejection
Insufficient or Unacceptable site content
Google pays a lot of attention to the content of the blog/website before accepting application of AdSense. If the content is poorly written and has grammatical mistakes Google will reject the application right away. To get accepted, your content must be unique and has to provide value to the users and readers of the blog. So the number one reason is the poorly written content on your blog.
Site/Blog Does Not Comply with Google AdSense Policies
Driving traffic through illegal sources, excessive use of keywords, poorly coded design, lack of unique and meaningful content, poor organic traffic etc. will result in rejection of your AdSense Application.
Poor Design of your blog
No one loves to go back to a website that is too poorly designed and have difficult navigation and that results you in loosing visitors. You must have a good and neat design which comforts the eye and is beautiful in the look.
No Privacy Policy, About Us or Contact Us page
There are some pages which you must have before applying to Google AdSense if you want to get accepted. They are “About Us”, “Privacy Policy” and “Contact Us” pages. These pages give the impression that you are a professional and that you are working according to the Google policies. Keep in mind that having a privacy page is also one of the requirements for Google AdSense.
Things to do before applying for Adsense
1. Get some “High-Quality” Content:
It’s the number one thing you need to get approved by Google AdSense. Google loves the blog who are providing high-quality content. Your application will be reviewed by humans and you have to impress them to get approved by AdSense. Just think it as the interview of your dream job, you need to impress the boss guys first.
A High-quality post contains:
• It is unique and original, not spinning or copied
• useful and informative
• with proper headings, tag-lines, info-graphics and bullet lists
• free from grammar and spelling mistakes
• is long enough to read, but not too long to get bored
2. Some Good Number of Posts:
There is no confirmed answer of the question “How many posts I need to get my AdSense application approved?” There are some who got rejected with 500 plus articles and there are also some people who got approved with less than 50 posts! The answer is, it all depends on your impression. Good and unique topic, quality writing, real visitors, no dirty tricks to bring illegal traffic etc. will help you in this case.
3. Simple & Professional design:
Your blog design is the biggest fact after content. This represents your professionalism & experience. It should consider having following features if you want to get accepted:

5. Use a Top-Level Domain:
The best domain is the one with .com extension. Choose a short, unique and easy to remember domain that is related to your blog niche. Another important thing is the domain’s age. If your domain is more than 6 months old, has some unique and good content – the possibility of getting approved increases.

6. Make your blog free from ads:
If you are monotonizing your blog with other ad network, it’s time to drop them off. Even the affiliate posts. Though Google allows to show other ads, it’s better to remove the ads before applying and don’t put them back until you get a positive reply from AdSense team.
7. Know Your Traffic Sources:
Google hates paid traffic and mostly penalizes them so there is not a tiniest chance of getting approved by AdSense for a site that is getting paid traffic. You can bring traffic from search engines or any other way you want but if you want to earn via Google AdSense the right way, paid traffic is not the solution.
8. Create Pages like “Privacy Page”, “About Page” and “Contact Us” for Your Blog:
A very common mistake that most new bloggers make, not creating proper Privacy, About and Contact pages. Well, some people may say that having a privacy policy for a blog doesn’t make sense, well, they are wrong!
Privacy page is a requirement of AdSense and having it also means you are not a scam and gives the sense of a serious business.
Like privacy policy, you must have an about page so that you can get approved. This also shows that there is a real person behind the blog. About page simply describe you and your blog. This will not only help you establish a relationship with readers but it will also make them trust you.
By creating Contact page, you are telling Google that you care for your visitors and you are ready to help them and they can contact you anytime from your blog just filling up a form. It will also show that you actually care about your readers and not only the money and AdSense.
9. Put Your Name and Email Visible on About and Contact:
If you want to speed up your AdSense application Approval/Verification process, don’t forget to put your name and email address in some easily visible area like about and contact pages. It will confirm to Google AdSense team that it is the same person who applied for AdSense.
10. Make Sure You are 18 Plus:
According to their policy, Google AdSense is not for people who are under 18. Some people realize this problem after being disproved a few times without any legitimate reason. So, please be accurate while typing your age and keep your Government issue ID proof ready, you might need it.
Thanks for reading this long and boring post.
